Heideboden 2019

Blend of  Zweigelt (65%) und Blaufränkisch (35%)

Herkunft: Ried Pahlen, älteste Lage am Heideboden, Schwarzerde mit Sand und Seewinkelschotter

Vinification: spontaneous fermentation seperated in stainless steel tanks, cooler fermentation temperature, maceration for 10 days, malolactic fermentation in wooden fermenters and steel tanks, assemblag in march 2018, storage for 9 months in 500 liter oak barrels.

Alcohol: 13 % vol.
Residual sugar: 1.2 g/l
Acidity: 5.6 g/l

Organic status: certified organic by AT-BIO-402

Our oldest grapevines are situated in the area “Heideboden” and are between 30 and 40 years old. The soil is sandy black earth with gravel. Drinking pleasure and great potential meet in this wine.
